Developers are planning to build Midtown Tampa using a 22-acre area near I-275 and Dale Mabry. Here’s what’s planned:
On the 22 acres will be apartments, hotel rooms, office space and retail space.
The $500 million plan is expected to be a big boost to the economy and is expected to be completed in 2021.
