Is Buccaneer Mike Evans Underrated?

Buccaneers’ wide receiver Mike Evans has long been a favorite of mine since he joined the Bucs in 2014. I’m continually amazed at some of the wild balls that he manages to receive, in spite of many of them being over or under thrown. Not to mention the attack he puts on opponents when trying to get open.
