The #9 horse Bodexpress with jockey John Valazquez was restless in the gate. When the gates opened Bodexpress jumped straight up in the air bucking Valazquez completely off and into the dirt at the starting gate. I happened to be at the outside bar at the Seabreeze Island Grill in Treasure Island waiting for a table with friends watching on a huge screen TV. The moment the jockey fell off everyone stopped what they were doing and starting rooting for the horse with no jockey. Everyone's OK and Bodexpress has a bunch of new Tampa Bay Fans.
