During a recent interview, Aykroyd described the film as a prequel that will document how the team met while in high school.
He said he wrote ‘Ghostbusters High’ that tells about where they met in New Jersey in 1969 and hopes to produce a ‘glorified pilot’ in the next few years.
Aykroyd also talked about the upcoming ‘Ghostbusters’ movie coming in 2020 featuring the next generation of Ghostbusters.
