Bobby Joe Long murdered at least 10 women and Gov. DeSantis signed his execution papers last week. Lisa Noland was the one victim he let go and a huge reason the case was solved. Lisa Noland is now Master Deputy Lisa McVey of the Hillsborough County Sheriffs department and she will be there at the execution tonight.
