Things We’ll Learn About Elton John In ‘Rocketman’

Here are some of the things we'll learn from Rocketman about Elton John's life and his music.

It only took him a matter of minutes to write the lyrics to "Your Song."

Elton's father served in the Royal Air Force, keeping him far from the family much of the time.

Elton was close to his grandmother Ivy, who encouraged him in his love for the piano.

The movie will feature a recreation of the video for "I'm Still Standing."
