Or opposite... they're too impersonal or weird. But then you sometimes get that driver that is just right. Friendly, the car is clean and smells fantastic. You wish that was your personal driver every time you use the service. Well Uber hears you.
Apparently for some users, Uber is testing out a feature where you can add a driver as your favorite when you rate them. Check out this Uber rider's screenshot.
By the way, if you get a BAD driver and never want to have them pick you up, a low rating will prevent that.
