This weekend an arrest was made after a video went viral showing a truck running a dog over. Those who've seen the video say it was no mistake. The dog was found dead Thursday. A home security camera got the incident on video. After hitting the animal, the guy gets out of his pickup, pushes the dog with his foot and then just drives off.
The video helped identify 29 year old Robert Joseph Kayat. He told cops he swerved toward to dog to scare it, not to run it over. He was arrested on animal cruelty charges but is already out on bail.
