This brawl took place at the corner of Willow Ave and Platt on Saturday in South Tampa.
Jen Castrogiovanni was headed to work when she took this video of a bicyclist fighting it out with an e scooter rider. Both guys were gone when police arrived but Jen's best guest is the e-scooter should be on the sidewalk, not the bike lane.
