Those $5 tickets, kids on summer vacation, and a senior ticket price special all contributed to a pretty impressive crowd today at Tropicana Field. The Rays lost to the Oakland A's, but this week's attendance has been a definite win. Almost 18,000 showed up today. That's pretty impressive.

Monday night, over 16,000 fans filled the seats. Those $5 tickets definitely got fans to get the credit card out! Is it time for the Rays to lock this $5 ticket price in?
