Parents of bullied kids feel frustrated with the inaction for whatever reason of the school, the principal and the bullies parents. You hear about these stories all the time where parents try to stop the bullies at school and get nowhere. Wisconsin is voting on this new proposal that would fine the parents of the bullies $313.
