Manchester, England – A 93-year-old woman was arrested and handcuffed last weekend in the UK. According to the Guardian, the arrest came to light after Josie Birds’ granddaughter tweeted a big thank you to @gmpolice for “arresting my Gran Josie today. “She is 93 years olf and her health is failing, and she wanted to be arrested for something before it’s too late.
