For the fourth year in a row, Chick-fil-A was named America's favorite. The data was collected by contribution from nearly 23,000 people. Why do customers love it so much? Friendly-staff and great food. Pretty simple when you think about it.
I just happened to go there yesterday, and the drive-thru was packed. It is true. The employees there are so friendly and polite.
