Gov. Ron DeSantis signed an educational bill that will allow for vocational training to make it's way back into Florida classrooms. For students who don't want to continue on to four years of college, there is now a choice.

Almost every report that comes out now says there are more jobs available than people to fill them and they are good paying jobs. The bill allows school to help steer students to a skill set that they can turn into a well paid job.

I got two new AC units last year (Ouch $$$$) and the owner of Paradise Air mentions how hard it is to find people to work for him. AC repairmen are certainly in demand and that's a vocational training skill set. Apprenticeships and and workforce training are an excellent way forward to a great job instead of a huge four year college bill.
