Video: Uber Driver Attacked In Tampa

According to the Tampa Police Department, Taylor Richards, 29 was arrested for battery after a attack that was recorded by the Uber driver.

Joe Leone, the Uber driver was smart to have a camera in his car when he picked up Richards on St. Pete beach intending to take him to Tampa. The attack came towards the end of the ride when the passenger took off his seat belt. Leone asked him to put it back on and that's when he got violent. Leone said he was thankful that the passenger was in the front seat where he felt like he could control the situation.
