John’s Pass Getting Multi-Million Dollar Facelift
Great News! Real Estate developer John Mallah just bought a huge chuck of John’s Pass and he’s ready to fix it up. He is going to improve the marina where Hubbard’s launches their fishing trips from. Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Hooters, and so many great places to hang out will still be there. Mallah also bought the parking garage which he says he will improve to get people in and out faster and easier.
Mallah wants to give John’s Pass the TLC it needs by cleaning it up, painting and bringing in lots more attractions. Q105 has hosted the Seafood Festival at John’s Pass and this is just what it needs. It looks a little run down but I still love hanging out there and now that it’s going to get a make-over….we can’t wait.
