Largo SPCA has taken in 38 animals from other shelters that are at risk from Hurricane Dorian. They are not ready to be adopted yet because they will all get examinations from the Vets and shots if they need them. People do whatever they can to help keep pets safe during these powerful storms.
Chella Phillips lives in the Bahamas and she took in 97 stray dogs and kept them in her house during the Hurricane to keep them safe.
