Well, the good news is...less traffic without the school buses on the road. The bad news...many parents are scrambling since they many or may not have childcare for the kiddos today. Students and teachers were off for Labor Day and now many schools are closed around the bay area.

Here's a list:

Pinellas County schools are canceled Tuesday but back Wednesday.

Hardee County schools are closed Tuesday.

Hillsborough County schools are closed on Tuesday. An official announcement will come by 5 P.M. Tuesday determining whether schools will re-open Wednesday.

Citrus County schools are closed Tuesday.

Highlands County schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Hernando County schools are closed Tuesday.

Pasco County schools are closed Tuesday.

Polk County Schools will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday.
