According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Joshua Ray Schlotmann was arrested on Sunday for animal cruelty . Schlotmann was captured on ring doorbell video pinning his dog to the ground and close fisted punching him 3 times. Someone posted the video on Facebook and that's when the Sheriff stepped in. Thanos the dog was taken away and will find a new forever home.
You have to love the response from Sheriff Marceno. “Not here. Not now. Not ever,” stated Sheriff Carmine Marceno. “I’ll keep throwing these abusers into jail until they get the message that I won’t stand for it!”
