The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) said last week that there is a mystery lung disease and several deaths that they link to vaping. The CDC suggests stopping use of the products until they know what is causing the sickness.
Professionals in the vaping business say this is due to “black market” products that are unsafe, and that the CDC’s recommendations are bad for business.
If vape products are not available, many users might return to cigarettes. There could be a battle here as state lawmakers are making their announcement, and federal lawmakers consider bans on flavored vaping liquids.
