Bruce Springsteen fans in Freehold, N.J. will be honoring The Boss with an upcoming tour of his hometown.
Taking place October 6 as a belated way to celebrate Springsteen's 70th birthday, "A Tour of Bruce's Hometown, and Ours" will be lead by former Freehold mayor Mike Wilson and local historian Kevin Coyne.
Coyne tells The Asbury Park Press, "We walk to all of the sites. We go to the places where he lived, where he went to school, where he played, where his first gigs were, where he bought his first guitar and all the landmarks in both his life and his songs."
Tickets for the tour are $20, and those interested in the tour must register by the afternoon of Friday, October 4 by emailing annette.freehold@gmail.com or calling 732-618-8441.
