Not a catchy headline until you read the specifics. According to the Smoking Gun, the guy actually filled up a squirt gun with his urine and aimed it at a female neighbor. The woman was walking her dog when he approached. They say he got her "several times." He claims she'd been spying on him as part of some government surveillance investigation. Beyond the 30 day sentence, he'll be on probation for a year and is ordered to have no contact with the woman. Oh Florida.
