I have to say I'm really proud of Rays fans on social media since last night's defeat. Facebook and Twitter are known for Debbie Downers, snark and cynicism. But most fans have posted positive messages about how proud they are of the team of misfits that overachieved and almost knocked off the defending champs. It's been uplifting, especially for a fan base that hasn't had a lot to get excited about with the constant talks of the team moving.
All that said, if last night's Rays game was tough to watch, don't watch this video a Tampa Bay Times reporter just posted on Twitter. It'll really bum you out.
