Dog lost since 2007 in South Florida has been found in Pittsburgh.Somehow this dog named Dutchess. The 14 year old dog was found hungry and cold and was taken to Animal Services where they tracked the micro-chip back to her owner in Boca Raton. The dogs owner Katheryn Strang was so excited, she drove the thousand miles to Pittsburgh to get her dog.
