Tampa Pig Jig This Saturday At Curtis Hixon Park

The Tampa Pig Jig is happening, SATURDAY, October 19th at Curtis Hixon Park. The event began as a backyard barbecue competition. It came about because four guys wanted to help their friend who'd been diagnosed with a life threatening kidney disease.

The Tampa Pig Jig keeps growing. They're expecting 8,000 guests on Saturday, and they've raised more than $4 million for NephCure Kidney International to fight against FSGS.

Lots of fun planned for Saturday's event. Along with the delicious food, there is a great lineup of performers: chart-topping singer-songwriter Jake Owen, LANCO, Dr. Dog, The Wild Feathers, Larry Fleet and Camille Trust.
