An Australian travel writer had a creative way of attempting to avoid an airline's baggage fee: faking being pregnant. Flying from Melbourne to Sydney, Rebecca Andrews put on a leopard bodysuit and started fashioning her clothing into a "baby bump," even strapping her laptop to her back. Andrews only wound up getting busted by the flight crew when she dropped her ticket on the plane. As she bent over to pick it up, the outline of the computer was revealed. Had she been successful, Andrews could have saved $40 USD.  How do you get around extra fees when you travel?
