Halloween is Thursday and kids will Trick or Treat all over Tampa Bay getting as much candy as they can. If you see a child with a blue pumpkin it means they are autistic. One Mom described trick or treating with her son who was non-verbal and every time he went to a door, the home owners would hold the candy and wait for him to say trick or treat, which he couldn't do.
