Karen Morris is taking her emotional support chicken case to federal court. Morris lives in the Sunshine Mobile Home Park in Lee County with her three chickens, Rachel, Rudy and Rita. The chickens were a suggestion from her psychiatrist to help with her PTSD and mental issues.
Neighbors complained and someone found a no chicken law for the mobile home park. The park gave her 30 days to find a new home for the chickens but Morris hired a lawyer and they are taking their case to court.
