Well, maybe they won't make it specifically to Tampa Bay, but Great Whites are migrating to our state's waters.
The Florida coast is a hub of white shark activity right now, according to OCSEARCH. They want to move to warmer waters over the winter. Who can blame them?
Eight tagged white sharks that were form New Jersey are now in Florida waters. A couple others are chilling (or warming, rather) around Key West.
Hey, as long as they don't come down here and root for non-Florida sports teams, we don't mind.
