It's BugsGiving dining event at the St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Art.

The chef from Brooklyn Bugs creates a menu featuring insects cooked into the dishes.

The event is to raise awareness (and appreciation?) for eating insects.

Insects are being considered as a sustainable source of protein.
