A proposal for downtown St. Petersburg may bring the city a new tallest building to its skyline. Just how tall will it be?
The proposed development, according to St. Pete Rising, known as 400 Central, will include a 45-story building and 20-story building. The taller will feature condominiums while the other building has a full-service hotel.
The development will also feature banquet facilities, office space and retail space.
The 45-story building would be 65 feet taller than St. Pete's current tallest building, offering views of the Bay and the Gulf.
