(Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images)Yup. The Tampa Bay Times reports the "Florida MV Express" program has brought kiosks to Publix locations in Citrus Park, Plant City and Brandon. At the kiosk you're able to renew your registration. In less than 2 minutes, they say you'll get your new registration card and license plate sticker. The kiosks have already been used at tax collection locations in Brandon, North Tampa, Ruskin and Drew Park. Over 20,000 registrations have been processed so far that way. You need proof of insurance and either your renewal notice or a current registration to use the service. You pay by cash or credit card.
