RISE OF THE RESISTANCE -- Disney guests will traverse the corridors of a Star Destroyer and join an epic battle between the First Order and the Resistance – including a face-off with Kylo Ren – when Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance opens Dec. 5, 2019 at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and Jan. 17, 2020 at Disneyland Resort in California. At 14 acres each, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios is Disney’s largest single-themed land expansion ever. (Joshua Sudock/Disney Parks)

Disney’s ‘Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance’ riders are being treated to a ride without having to stand in long lines.

An amazing attraction that fans of Disney, Star Wars, or just theme park rides in general must experience ‘star Wars: Rise of the Resistance’ at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

That said, normally, a new ride would have a line so long that many would not want to stand for up to three hours. That’s not the way the ride’s wait is being handled.

No, when you want to experience the ride, Disney has a virtual line. When you enter the park, you can make a request to be added to the virtual line and they will give you an assigned time to come to the ride. When your ‘boarding group’ is called, you will be contacted through your phone.

This allows you to go enjoy your day without having to spend hours in line. You can even leave the park and come back when you are notified.
