The woman was trying to board a flight from Clearwater when she was asked for the paperwork to allow her emotional support dog 'Spikey'.
Her paperwork from her doctor and Spikey's veterinarian were not enough for Allegiant personnel.
The airline has its own paperwork that in needs to have filled out.
