Michael Keaton Movie May Be Filmed At Tampa’s MOSI

The Hillsborough County Commission has given consent to use the "West Building" of Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry for use in the filming of a Michael Keaton produced movie, "Nothing Like the Son".

The real-life inspired story is centered around a student who is left homeless to finish high school and befriends a recovering addict, who will be played by Michael Keaton.

The Hillsborough County Commission approved a 3-month use of the MOSI building beginning January 2, 2020.

Film Tampa estimates the production will impact the area by more than $1 million.
