I have to admit. This is kind of a brilliant way to beat paying tolls. But I'm sure once they catch this guy, I'll change my mind. Channel 8 says a Riverview woman has been getting toll violations in the mail nonstop since she bought her new Camry back in September. They gave her a temporary license plate. The problem is someone copied the temp plate number and put it on the back of their own vehicle and racked up a ton of toll by plate charges. They've come from as far away as Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She says she's not getting any help from the police or EZ Pass. So far, the tolls racked up amount to over $1,500!
