They say he was noticed masturbating in his Mercedes and saw porn playing on his cell phone. They asked him to "make himself decent" and they cuffed him, but somehow was not officially arrested. Why not? Your guess is as good as mine. It turns out the guy was Reese McGuire, a Blue Jays player who had just grabbed lunch after practice. The official statement from the team is only that they are aware of the charges and are waiting to see how the investigation goes.
Really unfortunate. Looking at his social media posts, it looks like this guy has done a lot of good. He's worked with Special Olympics and many fans have remarked how friendly he is at games, signing autographs and taking photos with kids. These athletes train and work for years to get to that spot in the major leagues and then pull some dumb stunt like this.
