Walt Disney World Cinderella Castle Getting A Makeover

The iconic Cinderella Castle has been the most recognizable landmark at Walt Disney World Resort for nearly 50 years. Now, it's about to get a makeover.

Disney's Imagineers have created a new look for Cinderella Castle, adding new trim in gold and darkening the turrets to a darker blue, as can be seen in a rendering released by the park.

Work will be done throughout the summer.
