Three Florida Department of Health centers in Florida have the ability to test individuals who are suspected to have the illness.

The test centers are in Tampa, Miami and Jacksonville.

This isn't a situation where everyone should try to go out and get tested. According to the CDC, here are two reasons to get tested:

~If you are experiencing symptoms like cough, fever or respiratory issues and you have traveled to China, Iran, Italy, Japan or South Korea or you've come into contact with people who have been to those countries
~If you have the above mentioned symptoms and have tested negative for the flu

Having these test kits readily available will be critical because now test results will be available in 24-48 hours, instead of three to five days.
