This is NOT the story about lottery winners that you heard about last week.
Believe it or not, three more Floridians are brand new lottery millionaires this week… and all three won on scratcher tickets.
The first reported winner by the Florida Lottery is 23-year-old Karina De Los Santos. Ms. Santos won $2 million from a $10 scratch-off ticket she bought at the Publix Super Market located at 10015 North Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa.
Santos was playing the $10 Gold Rush Classic scratch-off game Karina selected to receiver her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,405,000.00. Pretty nice!
The second winner that the Florida Lottery announced this week is 43 year-old Van Vahn of Boca Raton. Mr. Vahn won the $1 million top prize from the new The Fastest Road To $1,000,000 scratch-off game.
Vanh purchased his winning $30 ticket from Foodtown Grocery, located at 6431 Stirling Road in Davie, Florida. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $790,000.00.
And finally, the third winner released by the Florida Lottery is Barbara Fiffia, of Greenville Florida. Ms. Fiffa also played the new, The Fastest Road To $1,000,000 scratch-off game. She bought a $30 ticket that netted her a cool $1 million.
Fiffia purchased her winning ticket from SK Food Mart, located at 815 Howard Street West in Live Oak. She also choose to receive a one-time, lump-sum payment of $790,000.00. Overall a really good paycheck for them all.
So, the magic continues! We’ve had winner after winner and reported about our lucky neighbors hitting their lottery dreams here, here ,here and here (just in case you missed any of those Florida winners).
So, if you keep playing, I suppose I’ll be writing about you here one day too, right? Remember, “You can’t win if you don’t play”.
