Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis issued the statewide stay-at-home order for the entire state.
It will be in effect for at least 30 days in an attempt to slow down the spread of this highly-communicable disease.
We must remain at home except for when it comes to essential activities. So what is deemed "essential"? We are still able to do some things outdoors that fall under the category of recreation, so long as we can maintain a safe social distance and do so in gatherings of six are less.
Many businesses fall under the category of essential: everything from grocers to journalists.
