Hoots is a smaller fast-food style version of Hooters. It'll even have those self-service kiosks we're starting to see pop up at fast food restaurants. According to their Facebook page, the first Hoots in Florida opens today under Jannus Live downtown St. Pete on First Avenue. They'll have all the usual Hooters favorites - wings, tenders and sandwiches. Their phone number is (727) 220-4607. [Source: TBBJ]
