It's fun to stay at the J-A-I-L. KTVZ reports 67 year old Howard Harlib was sentenced this week after pleading guilty to being a fake representative of The Village People.

They say he booked the group to play a casino in Oregon. A check was cashed for $12,500. The casino smelled a rat when the group was scheduled the same day to perform here in Florida. They reached out to the band and they said they had no association with Harlib. Reporters who covered this story say this wasn't the first time he tried this. They say he's done time for doing the same thing with The Temptations, The Supremes and even Jimmie Walker! Dy-no-mite. [Source: KTVZ]
