Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced Phase 2 of Florida’s reopening will start Friday. He spoke today at Universal Orlando as visitors returned to the park. DeSantis said most things won’t change much. Restaurants and beaches have already filled up. The biggest difference will be allowing bars to reopen. They’ve been closed for months and have been eager to get the doors open. Bars will be able to open at 50% capacity indoors. They can operate at full capacity outside. The governor said documents will be signed today and phase 2 will begin Friday.
