The Tampa Bay Lightning have temporarily closed their training facility as COVID-19 tests return positive.

After several players and staff have tested positive for COVID-19, the team will stop training at their practice facility. The team has been working out in groups of six as allowed by the NHL.

The Lightning aren't the only team affected by COVID-19 in the Tampa Bay Area. The Phillies shut down their Clearwater facility after several players and staff members tested positive. The Blue Jays also shut down their Dunedin spring training facility after a player showed symptoms. (UPDATE: All MLB Spring Training facilities in Florida and Arizona have been shut down for COVID-19 precautions.)
