The study analyzed three factors: how many people are insured; number of DUI arrests, and number of car deaths.
So which state has the best drivers? Massachusetts. Would Bostonians agree? I don't know about that.
The top ten list looks like this:
1. Massachusetts
2. Utah
3. Nebraska
4. Vermont
5. Maine
6. New York
7. Connecticut
8. Ohio
9. Kansas
10.New Hampshire
Mississippi is the state that has the WORST drivers.
And where does Florida rank? We are number four on the "worst drivers" list.
