Hillsborough County To Resume Recycling Pick Up

For those residents of Hillsborough County whose recyclables haven't been picked up for a few weeks, it's soon going to return.

Hillsborough County suspended picking up recyclables on June 24, due to a shortage of truck drivers. Beginning July 13, pickup of recyclables will resume, but every other week. To find out when your residence is scheduled for pickup, click here.

The county reports that the pickup every other week is still due to a shortage of drivers. The normal schedule will return when the contractor is able to return to its normal staff.
