Another wrong way driver caused chaos this weekend. This time it was in Citrus County, according to Channel 8. They say a 66 year old Clearwater man was going the wrong on Highway 19 early Sunday morning. A head on collision killed a 19 year old man from Crystal River.

A 53 year old woman was also hurt when she collided with the teenager’s truck. They say she didn’t see the wreck because it was still dark. [Source: Channel 8]

Q105 Concert Calendar

Here’s a look at some upcoming Q105 concerts here in the Tampa Bay area along with a few we think are worth a road trip!  Many of these shows may be postponed given the coronavirus situation.

  A rare chance to see an intimate performance with Rod at the Hard Rock Event Center in Tampa.

• August 27: Santana with Earth, Wind & Fire

  This is the rescheduled date for the show that was originally scheduled for August 2020 at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa.

• September 5: Foreigner at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheater (CANCELLED)

  Unfortunately, the Juke Box Heroes Tour was called off May 19.
• Cancelled: Cher

  The concert was originally set for March 26. Cher hoped to reschedule, but given the uncertainty of how long we'll be dealing with coronavirus, she has decided to cancel the show so fans can get refunds.

• September 24, 2021: Maroon 5

  Adam Levine is back on the road with the band. Meghan Trainor opens at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa.

• June 21: Backstreet Boys

  The Bucs' biggest fan Nick Carter is bringing his Backstreet Boys home to Tampa for a show at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa.
• December 4: Jimmy Buffett

  If you've been to a Buffett show, you know the real show isn't on stage, it's in the crowd. This will be the 3rd attempt at making this concert happened. Jimmy had shoulder surgery that postponed the concert in 2019. Then our friend COVID-19 meant a postponement of the rescheduled 2020 concert at Amalie Arena in Tampa.

• June 18 & 19: Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Poison and Joan Jett

  Miami's show will be on June 18. The next night the tour comes to Orlando. Then the tour moves north but comes back to Florida for a show in Jacksonville on July 2. Unfortunately still no word of any Tampa dates for the tour.
• July 2, 2021: Chicago

  This rescheduled show will be without Rick Springfield. The show will be at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa.

  Finally! The rescheduled performance date at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa! The Stones were originally set to play Ray J July 5, 2020. Tickets are on sale now. Tickets for the previously scheduled show will be honored.

• April 27: Pat Benatar
