According to the zoo’s website, “Voted Best Kids Attraction in Tampa Magazine’s Best of South Tampa 2021 awards,” but that doesn’t mean it’s only for kids. It’s an amazing zoo that must be visited.

The new addition is a greater one-horned rhino, otherwise known as an Indian rhinoceros. There is only an estimated 3,700 in the wild. He joins the zoo's 'crash', the term used for a group of rhinos. Parents Jamie and Johnny welcomed the baby this past weekend, the couple's fourth. We'll soon learn what name he is given at the zoo.
Home to more than 1,100 animals, ZooTampa is one of the most popular zoological parks in the southeastern United States. According to USAToday, ZooTampa was ranked the "#1 Family Friendly Zoo in the country by Parents Magazine and is a five-time winner of the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence."
