The Buccaneers’ schedule has a game time change for this weekend. They were scheduled for a Sunday night game in Las Vegas, but now it will be earlier.

In an abundance of caution, the Las Vegas Raiders will host the Buccaneers at Allegiant Stadium at 4:05 p.m. on FOX instead of the original 8:20 p.m. kickoff. A number of Raiders players sat out of practice after positive Covid-19 test results. The NFL would like to have a game ready for Sunday night that is unaffected by Covid-19 tests.

The Seattle Seahawks-Arizona Cardinals game was moved to the 8:20 p.m. time slot.

In a statement from the NFL:

These decisions were made out of an abundance of caution to ensure that a game would be available for fans on Sunday Night Football.

“We expect the Buccaneers-Raiders game to be played on Sunday afternoon. Scheduling decisions are made to ensure the health and safety of players, coaches and game day personnel and in consultation with medical experts.”
